How long till I get my photos?
A.Turn around time depends on session type. Newborns are usually 2.5 weeks (unless told otherwise - due to holidays or vacations I have scheduled). Themed holiday mini sessions are usually delivered within 1 week. All other sessions have a turn around time of 2 weeks. **Please note I do have a family with young kids and things happen if there is a delay for any reason I will be in contact with you about your turn around time, also i do take vacations twice a year and turn around times will be extended if you book before one of those vacations**
Is there a deposit fee?
A.All newborn sessions, cake smash/birthday sessions require a deposit. Please refer to the pricing guide for more information. Most mini/holiday themed sessions require full deposit within 24 hours of booking - please see each booking link for more information.
Do you travel for shoots?
A.Yes! Please message me about travel pricing (anything 20 miles outside of Harford county will have a travel fee)
What's your cancellation policy?
A.All mini sessions are non-refundable, any mini session cancelled within 48 hours notice will incur a $20 cancellation fee. You will still be able to use your non-refundable session fee to book another session within the calendar year. (example if you booked a sunflower mini in September 2021 and had to cancel you would have a credit open to use for the remaining 2021 year - once the year is over you no loose that credit.)
Any type of promo or special is not eligible for refunds.
